Toyota Motor Philippines visits BNVTS for qualifying exam
Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation (TMP Corp.)-Sta. Rosa representative Rose S. Moraleda (Recruitment Specialist) personally visited Bulusan National Vocational Technical School to conduct a two-day qualifying exam to the 126 applicants for In-Company Training program held on February 23-24,2016 at TESDA-BNVTS Function Room.

The two-day qualifying exam comprised of written exam and interview, however, those who fail to pass the written examination will no longer be continuing for the interview. During the orientation, Moraleda emphasized the requirements and qualifications needed for the industry training, which includes strictly following the instructions and mostly highlighting the importance of positive attitude and values in the workplace. Furthermore, the qualified applicants should be male with age ranging from 18-24.

The privileged candidates to pass the exam will be rendering six (6) months on-the-job training with allowance, overtime pay, night differential and free uniforms. Also, the company will carry free medical examinations for the passers. The interns will be undergoing corporate & safety orientation and five (5)-day mini training on the first week of deployment at TMP-Laguna.

More so, the TMP Corporation and BNVTS officially became partners after Mr. Liberato Esteves, Asst. Vocational School Administrator with Ms. Gina Aguilar, Placement Officer and Senen Aguilar, Student Government Adviser conducted an industry visit at TMP Corp in Santa Rosa City, Laguna last October 2016. A memorandum of agreement had been signed for this purpose.
